Acceptance
By accessing this website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Application fee
Submitting an application requires a $250 USD application review fee. The fee is non-refundable and is charged to compensate the firm for the time required to review your application. If — and only if — Globallin formally accepts your engagement, the full $250 will be credited toward fees for that engagement. Application fees do not guarantee acceptance.
No engagement until executed
Submission of an application does not create a consulting relationship. A consulting engagement exists only upon execution of a written engagement letter signed by both Globallin and the client.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or submit false information. All content on this site is the property of Globallin Consulting and is provided for informational purposes only.
Disclaimers and liability
Content on this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globallin disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
